Dear user, if you are using app and smart devices in overseas regions, but your app account is in China, it is recommended that you register the corresponding overseas account as soon as possible, please proceed as follows:
- Download the international version of our App, download address: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tuya.smart.
- After the download is complete, you need to re-register a new App account at your location.
- In order to use the new international version of the App to control your device, you need to remove and reset all the devices in the original App account, and then re-add all the devices under the new App account.
After downloading the new version of the App, your phone will have two of our apps. You can uninstall the old App directly and use the newly downloaded App. You can log in to your registered new App account and you can use it normally.
