We understand the importance of personal information and privacy to you and will do our best to keep your personal information and privacy secure. We will explain the types of personal information we collect about you and their corresponding uses on a case-by-case basis so that you can understand the specific types of personal information we collect for specific functions, why we use it, and how we collect it.
When you use certain functions, we will collect your personal information after obtaining your consent. If you use the scan code to identify equipment, we will obtain your camera permission, and we will collect phone location information when you use the function of location. Unless it must be collected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, refusing to provide this information will only make you unable to use the relevant specific functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of our product/service. 1.How your personal information is collected and used

·Register for Account: When you register for an account with us, we collect your account name and contact information, including your email address, phone number, username, nickname, avatar, login credentials, and country.
·You can also choose to sign in to our products via your Apple ID or Google ID, whereby we will collect your Apple ID or Google ID as your App user name.
·During your use of App, in order to ensure the normal operation of the services, optimize the user experience and protect your account security, we will collect the basic information necessary for us to provide services for you andyourfamily , including your mobile device model, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, language, application version number, push notification identifier, log files, mobile network information, software version number, application installation list, usage information, and other information.
·In order to secure your equipment and monitor the operation of the equipment, we need to collect the operation data situation of the equipment bound to you. In addition, in order to provide timely support and service to you and solve problems quickly, we will collect the following monitoring data, including device serial number, device status, alarm codes, etc., so that the service provider can carry out troubleshooting when the device is out of order.
1.2 We collect and use your personal information only for the following purposes; we will ask for your prior consent when we want to use the information for purposes other than those described in this policy; we will ask for your prior consent when we want to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes:

2) Enforce our Service Agreement and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof;

4) Protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of us and/or other users, including you; or
5) Perform risk management, screening and checks for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or malicious activities.
2.2  Third parties collect personal information from you through our products and services
Our products and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties whose use, processing, storage, transfer, retention and destruction are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. If, in the process, we do not capture or collect your personal information as a result, we are not responsible for it and we want you to be aware of the privacy policy provisions of these third parties; however, if, in the process, we capture or collect your personal information as a result, we will strictly comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
3.How to use cookies and similar technologies
3.1 Cookie

SDK technology is provided by third-party organizations with whom we work, and we are only aware of the permissions they have explicitly requested to be authorized in the agreement between them. We conduct strict security checks on the application program interfaces (APIs) and software tool development kits (SDKs) used by our authorized partners to obtain relevant information and agree on strict data protection measures with our authorized partners to make them handle personal information in accordance with the purpose of our engagement, service descriptions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Please note that third-party SDKs may change their personal information handling types due to version upgrades and policy adjustments, so please refer to their published official instructions.
4.Retention period of personal information
We will only store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the collection purposes set out in this Privacy Notice or as required by law or regulation,unless a longer retention period is required by law. We will determine an appropriate retention period based on the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of personal information. After the retention period ends, we will destroy your personal information.
For as long as you require us to fulfill the products and services you request from us as defined in this policy.
1.Personal Data will no longer be retained when you request to remove your Personal Data, we will accordingly complete the task.
We will stop retaining and do deletion of your personal information when we confirm on the basis of 1 that the personal information has completed the purpose of collection and processing, or after we confirm your request for deletion or cancellation according to 2, or after we terminate the operation of the corresponding product or service. In general, we will not retain your personal information once the specified retention period has been reached. 5)You have the right to object at any time to any processing based on grounds relating to your legitimate interests: If you decide to object to the processing of your personal data, we will stop processing the personal data relating to you, unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons for continuing to process your personal data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or in cases where we establish, exercise or defend our legal claims.

6)Right to withdraw consent: If you have given your consent to our processing of your personal data and later change your mind, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can revoke your consent by changing the device permissions through the permissions settings obtained through the device system settings, including functions related to location, camera/camera, photo albums (photo gallery/video gallery), microphone, Bluetooth settings, and message notification push.
If you revoke your consent, we may no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services, but your withdrawal of consent or authorization does not affect the withdrawal of the processing of personal information previously carried out on the basis of your consent.

7.2  Respond to your request above
1)In principle, we do not charge a fee for responding to your reasonable request. However, for multiple and repetitive requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover some of our costs, depending on the nature of the request. We are entitled to refuse requests in whole or in part, and we may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, unreasonably repetitive or that require disproportionate technical effort (for instance, requests that require the development of new systems,or fundamental changes to current practices, that pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or that are highly impractical).

7.3 Additional Features and Authorization Management
In order to provide you with additional features of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize the information that we collect and use. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the additional features properly or to achieve the functional effect we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.
1)We collect and use your location information when you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use services provided based on location so that you can use the App to network with your smart device.
When you use our specific products or services (weather services/home management), based on your consent, we collect real-time precise or non-precise geolocation information about you.
You can stop our collection of your location information by turning off location services in the system of your mobile device.

2)Additional camera/camera based services:
You can use this feature with camera/camera permission enabled to scan the code for adding your purchased device and taking video features. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable camera/camera access, we will only obtain information when you initiate a code scan and take a video with the camera/camera. The code scanning function will collect light sensor information and determine whether the flash function needs to be displayed based on the light sensor data.

3)Additional service for photo/video access and uploading based on photo albums (photo gallery/video gallery):
You can use this feature to upload your photos/pictures/videos with the album permission enabled for the function of providing proof for reporting device usage problems. When you report a problem with your device, we will use the photos/pictures you have uploaded to locate your problem.

4)Additional services related to microphone-based voice technology:
You can use the microphone with microphone permission for voice functions, including taking videos and waking up voice assistants, in which we will collect your voice information to recognize your command needs. Please know that even if you have agreed to turn on the microphone permission, we will only get the voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the app or record the video.
Turn off/on the microphone permission through [My]-[Settings]-[Privacy Settings]-[Microphone] or turn off/on [Microphone] through the system settings of your device.
5)Additional functions based on message notification permission:
We apply this permission to you for the purpose of pushing you notifications about products or service categories, especially if you have purchased the product in question, and need to detect the use of the product you purchased and send you alerts in a timely manner in order to protect your product safety and personal safety.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. We will post any changes made to this policy on this page. For material changes, APP posts the updated Privacy Policy immediately. (For material changes, we will also provide a more prominent notice, pop-up alert, etc., of the specific changes to the Privacy Policy).
Material changes within the meaning of this policy include but are not limited to:
