In order to provide our services to you, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary for such services. We cannot provide you with corresponding products or services if you do not provide personal information.
1.1 Information you volunteered to provide us
Registration account information: When you register our account, we will collect your account name and contact information, including your e-mail address, phone number, user name, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we will collect your account's nickname, country code, language preference, or time zone information. When you authorize a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (default system avatar nickname, regional knowledge) from the third party and bind it with your R.S. account for quick login. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and the terms of the privacy policy published by the third party on sharing personal information and on the premise of compliance with relevant regulations.
Non-registered account information: When you are still in the stage of understanding our products, you can try registration free/login first; that is, you can exit or not create an account ("login free" or "tourist" mode). You can still use the created tourist I.D. to use many R.S. products or services, such as searching or browsing the functions on R.S.applications. We will not collect your account and related information when you use the login free or tourist mode. The information collected is limited to the information about your permission to authorize additional functions, devices, and their use, including the mobile phone's operating system. When you use the function of positioning service in the product and/or service, we will obtain the location information based on your authorization. When you choose to exit the login free/tourist mode, we will immediately and permanently delete all the data generated by your identity as a tourist.However, if the service you use or purchase is based on your account information, please go to the registration/login page to register or log in.
User feedback: When you use our service and submit feedback and suggestions related to the service to us, we will collect your e-mail address, mobile phone number, feedback content (added pictures or videos), and submitted problem logs, which will be used for us to deal with your application problems and smart device related failures in a timely manner. At the same time, according to different application products and services, R.S. will collect corresponding and necessary personal information to provide you with products and services.
Information collected based on additional functionality provided
In order to provide you with more convenient and high-quality products and/or services and strive to improve your experience, we will collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the essential services you use the R.S. application, but you will be unable to obtain the user experience brought to you by these additional services. These additional services include:
• Additional services based on location information:
When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information so that you can use the R.S. application and intelligent devices for the distribution network. And when you use our specific products or services (such as weather services), based on your consent, we will collect real-time accurate or imprecise geographic positioning information about you. When you use the geographic fence function to create location changes by creating scenes, we will apply for permission to collect background location to locate the user's location to complete the automation ability of user pre-review. You can turn off the location service in the mobile device system to stop our collection of your location information.
[Add Equipment] Reasons for obtaining location permission (Android only): When you enter the add device, you need to perform Bluetooth scanning based on the function of searching nearby devices. If you want to use the Bluetooth function in the application, you must declare two permissions. The first is Bluetooth permission. You need this permission to perform any Bluetooth communication. The second permission that must be declared is the locate permission. Because Bluetooth tracing can be used to collect users' location information, Bluetooth needs to apply for location; otherwise, it will affect the user's device addition.

You can use the microphone to realize voice functions after you turn on the microphone permission, including taking videos and waking up the voice assistant. 1.2 Information we automatically collect
• Mobile device information:
When you interact with our products, we will automatically collect mobile device information, including mobile device model, login address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier Log files, and mobile network information. 1.3 Information about smart devices
When you use an intelligent device, we collect the information inherent in the intelligent device itself and the information generated during your use of the intelligent device.
• Basic information about smart devices:
When you use an intelligent device connected to our products or services, we will collect basic information about the intelligent device, including its name, device I.D., online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade information.
Information is collected during connection to smart devices. Based on the type of intelligent devices you need to connect, the basic information collected includes:
Smart devices connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, Wi-Fi password), device Mac address;
Smart devices connected via Wi-Fi after local connection via Bluetooth: Wi-Fi information (SSID, Wi-Fi password), device Mac address;
Smart devices connected via Bluetooth: device Mac address;
Smart devices connected through zig bee mode: device Mac address.
Information reported by smart devices: According to the different smart devices you choose to connect with our products or services, we will collect the information reported by your smart devices. The following information reported by smart devices is applicable to your use of this type of service:
When you voluntarily use the smart camera (I.P.C. service) and connect to the R.S. Platform: You have connected the doorbell lock with a camera and the intelligent surveillance camera through the R.S. service to monitor and control the safety of your residence or view the monitoring content. After you add a device and use the smart camera, when the device recognizes that someone or an object is moving, the smart camera will capture the monitoring surface (in picture format) for you to view. The smart camera will capture the monitoring picture (in picture format) for your viewing, and the information at this time will be automatically uploaded to the cloud for you to save. Still, we will not use this picture for additional purposes and will automatically delete this information after the retention period. When you actively select and successfully purchase cloud storage value-added services, the smart camera will upload your videos to the cloud for storage so you can play back and view them on the application. We will retain your video information according to the cloud storage services you purchased and will not use it for other purposes. When you choose to delete the picture in advance at the R.S. application, you can delete it at the message center. Suppose you need to delete a video and execute the command on the application. In that case, the cloud will respond to the deletion command and immediately delete the video you selected to delete. Please note that when you choose to turn off the mobile detection function, the smart camera will not actively record the captured pictures, which will affect your intention to use the smart camera.
When you voluntarily use a specific health intelligent device and connect to the R.S. Platform: If you select one or more intelligent devices, the corresponding information will be recorded:
1)Intelligent body fat scale or fitness tracker: height, weight, body fat mass index (B.M.I.) and skeletal muscle content (S.M.M.), body fat rate, muscle content, body fat index, obesity level, ideal weight, weight control, visceral fat index, net weight, body water, bone mass, protein rate, B.M.R., metabolic age, body score, body shape, subcutaneous fat rate, subcutaneous fat volume, heart rate.
2)Bracelets and similar smart devices: heart rate, steps, calories, mileage, heart rate, sleep records, training records, body temperature, blood oxygen, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pressure.
3)Intelligent fitness equipment represented by intelligent rope skipping: start time, jumping mode, rope skipping times, exercise duration, calorie burning, the maximum number of jumps kept, rope skipping times, average speed, maximum speed, and heart rate during exercise.
In particular, when you actively agree and enable the sharing function connected with the third-party health platform, such as Apple Health, Google Fitness, and Fitbit, we will share your health information with the third party only for the measurement and analysis of your health status related to you. The purpose of information sharing is to measure and analyze the health indicators related to you. In addition, we will not disclose such health information to any third party or use health-related information for other purposes not defined in this policy. You can disconnect the R.S. application from the third-party health platform at any time by managing your health settings in the health management center of the mobile device. When we add a new third-party sharing channel, we will never share your information unless you use the channel.
2 Purpose and legal basis for processing personal information
We process your information for the following purposes:
To provide you with services: We process your account information, mobile device information, usage information, location information, and smart device-related information to provide the products and services you request. Data analysis: In order to enable you to enjoy better the convenient life brought by smart devices, we will analyze your use of R.S. services or smart devices, analyze the products, or use scenarios related to you so that you can better enjoy the convenience brought by our products. We will use your bound smart device information to recommend other smart devices (smart device recommendation service) that can intelligently interact with your bound devices. If you do not agree with our analysis of your data, you can enter R.S. App's privacy settings ([My] - [Settings] - [Privacy Permission Settings] - [Data Analysis]) to close your selection. The legal basis for such treatment is your agreed consent.
Personalized recommendation service: We will process your account information, usage information, and mobile device information, provide you with customized services based on the type of device you use (including recommending and displaying product information and advertisements that are suitable for you) and invite you to participate in user surveys of the products you use. Such information is necessary for a personalized recommendation. If you refuse to provide personalized recommendation service, we cannot recommend personalized information or services, show you recommended purchase services, or send targeted push messages. At present, R.S.does not make automatic decisions on your personal information processing but only provides scenario-based recommendation services based on your intelligent device type. Suppose you disagree with R.S. processing your personal information to obtain personalized services. In that case, you can turn off your selection when you enter R.S. 7 Information retention period
