1. First check whether your Apple App Store account is selected as a China account. If it is not a China account, please switch the App Store account to China and then search and download the App;
2. If you are already using an Apple App Store China account, you can directly search for the corresponding application name (such as: Gsmart Cam) in the App Store to find it and click [Get];
3. Log in to the China account of the original App and you can continue to use the new version of the App to control your device.
If you are using Apps and smart devices overseas, but your App account is from China, it is recommended that you register the corresponding overseas account as soon as possible to avoid affecting your normal use. The specific operation method is as follows:
1. Download the international version of our App, download address: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6475763830;
2. After the download is completed, you need to re-register an App account for your location;
3. In order to use the new international version of the App to control your device, you need to remove and reset all devices in the original App account, and then re-add all devices under the new App account.
