Location Information: Our app relies on GPS technology and the 4G network to track your bikes location, use the geo fence feature and provide our other features. We collect and store this data to provide you with our services. We do not have access to your location or the ability to track you in real time. Only the registered owner of the bike has this abillity.
Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our app, including the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

To use the geo fence feature of our IOT system.
Upon activating "Stolen Mode" we will send the bike serial number, key number, bike model, bike size and unique identifiers to our official Wattwheels dealers in the hope we can recover your missing bike.

To analyse and enyance the performance of our app.
