4. to analyze the use of the Application and improve the user experience (hereinafter "Data Analysis")
5. to send commercial and marketing communications (hereinafter "Marketing Communications").
Below is the legal basis for the purposes of the processing.

Marketing Communications
Consent of the interested party.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be kept for the strictly necessary time to the pursuit of each purpose above indicated. Where there is no further need or obligation to keep your personal information, we will carry out secure deletion operations as soon as possible.
NATURE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND CONSEQUENCES FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA
The data communication for the purposes:
• Service Provision and Service Improvement are necessary and in their absence the Data Controller will not be able to allow the use of the Application.
• Non-marketing communications, Data Analysis and Marketing Communications are optional but in their absence the Data Controller will not be able to pursue the specific purpose of the processing.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Exclusively for the purposes above specified, all data collected and processed may be communicated to internal figures authorized to process them by reason of their respective duties and according to the profiles attributed to them, as well as to the following categories of external subjects:
1. service companies related to the development or customization of the Application.
2. company that provides hosting services for the technological infrastructure supporting the Application
3. our customers who directly or indirectly will allow a correct use of the Application to the user.
DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND / OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION 
The personal data acquired are kept in datacenters located within the European Union. However, it is possible that the Data Controller uses third-party services that include the need for these third parties to know personal data and that are based outside the European Economic Area. In the latter case, the Data Controller will resort to legitimation tools such as Standard Contractual Clauses (where the third country does not already have guarantees of adequate protection). 
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES 
You have the right (see articles 15 - 22 of the GDPR) to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to obtain the data portability provided by you only if subject to automated processing based on your consent or contract. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
