In order to provide our services to you we will ask you for personal information that is necessary for us tosuccessfully provide those services. If you do not provide us with this personal information, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you.
We will only collect the information that is necessary for its specified, explicit and legitimate purposes andnot further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. We may collect the followingtypes of information (which may or may not be personal information):
Information you provide to us or upload: we may collect personal information you provide to us, like your name, mobile phone number, email address, LalaHome account information (e.g. your security related information, name, birthday, gender), or data you may sync with the device you use to access theLalaHome, information used to create your account or related to your account setup on the LalaHome, devices you add or information that you send, and feedback.
Information related to the handheld device terminal or your SIM card: we may collect information related to the operation of the LalaHome handheld device terminal. For example, IMEI number, IMSI number, the version of your operating system, manufacturing information about your device, model name, and network operator. We may also collect information about the device associated with your account. For example, MAC address, DID, network status of the device (IP/network signal), and the version of your firmware.
Collection purpose: Services such as Wi-Fi distribution network and NFC device addition based on consumers' choice and consent. identity, district name, longitude and latitude information, time zone settings, language settings. Log information: information related to your use of certain functions, apps and websites. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP address, network request information,
temporary messaging history, standard system logs, and crash information. Account credentials: information related to your account credentials. For example, password, passwordsecurity questions and answers, etc. When you use the following application functions, our App will apply to you for thefollowing system permissions related to personal information:
• Microphone permissions: The functions of the application, such as voice control and lighting
equipment to beat according to the ambient sound, will obtain sound information through the microphoneof your phone for analysis. The original sound information will be processed on your mobile device
instead of being stored and uploaded to an external server. • Camera permission: the functions of scanning two-dimensional code, changing avatar, changing
wallpaper and so on in the app will be processed by taking images from your phone's camera. We will
erase EXIF information of avatar and wallpaper images and upload them to the server for saving. The
last retained information will be deleted when you change your avatar, wallpaper or log out of your
account next time. • Permission to access albums: the functions of changing your avatar and wallpaper in the app will
obtain image information through your phone's album for processing. We will erase the EXIF informationof your selected avatar and wallpaper images and upload them to the server for saving. The last retainedinformation will be deleted when you change your avatar, wallpaper or log out of your account next time. • Use geographical location permissions: the application functions such as editing home location
information and scene geo-fencing will request your mobile phone's geographical location information
and upload it to the server for saving. The last retained information will be deleted when you update
home location information or edit scene next time. • Access to the address book: the emergency contact function in the app will request your phone's
address book information for quick filling. The contact you select will be uploaded to the server for saving, and the last information will be deleted when you update the emergency contact information or log out of
the account next time. • Bluetooth permission: The functions of discovering Bluetooth devices in the application, networking
Bluetooth devices, obtaining Bluetooth device status and controlling Bluetooth devices will request the
Bluetooth permission function of your mobile phone. We will only use Bluetooth for communication in
these functions.
• Storage permission: To ensure the stable running of the application program, we need the permissionto read/write images, files, crash log information and other necessary information in the storage space of
your device to publish information to you or to record crash log information locally.
If you do not authorize it, we will not be able to provide the functionality of the application. In addition to
the above permissions, you can choose whether to grant other system permissions to the App. How this personal information can be used

information to our affiliated companies (which are in the communications, social media, technology and

Policy. We may use personal information for the following purposes: • Setting up your LalaHome Account . Personal information collected when creating a
LalaHome Account on our web sites or through our smart device is used for creating the personal
LalaHome Account and profile page for the user. • Providing location-based services . When using LalaHome and accessing LalaHome devices, we
may use information about your location to determine the time zone of the device. This will ensure that
the device accurately displays the correct time and login service area. It will also optimize user
experience by providing services such as advance activation of the corresponding device at a time set by
the user. You can turn off this feature at any time by going to device settings or by discontinuing your useof this application. • Accessing devices . The authenticity of devices that are operated through the app must be verified. We therefore need to confirm the legal identity of the device by consulting the factory MAC and DIDinformation. In addition, in order to connect the device to the network, it will need to be configured
through the app. During configuration, you must enter the corresponding Wi-Fi name and password. This
information will only be used to connect the device to the network. The Wi-Fi and password data you
enter will be encrypted and stored locally on your device; it will not be uploaded to the server. In addition, you can access the device and delete this information at any time. We also need to analyze the device's
IP and network signal in order to determine the optimal network connection method. This will ensure thestability of the device network. • Display of device status . This allows you to view the status of the device remotely that you can check
at any time whether or not the device is running. • Setting up automated tasks . The event information reported by your device (this information comes
from the device you have added. The specific information that can be set depends on the scope of your
privacy authorization for the device. Every added device will provide the Privacy Policy terms for the

push notifications (which depend on what additional equipment you have purchased); and changes to our
