Smart device: refers to the hardware manufacturer

and Export Co., Ltd . which helps end users remotely
control smart devices and connect to Internet of Things (IoT) platforms.
一、What Personal Data do we collect
In order to provide our services to you, we will ask
you to provide necessary Personal Data that is required to provide those
services. If you do not provide your Personal Data, we may not be able to
provide you with our products or services.
1.Information You Voluntarily Provide Us
·Registered Account Data: When you
register an account with us, we may collect your name and contact details, such
as your email address, phone number, user name, and login credentials. During
your interaction with our Products, we may further collect your nickname, profile
picture, country code, language preference or time zone information into your
account.
·User feedback: When you use our
services and submit feedback and suggestions related to the services to us, we
will collect your email address, mobile phone number and feedback content
(added pictures or videos), as well as submitted problem logs, which will be
used to give us timely processing of your application problems and smart
device-related failures.
·At the same time, according to
the products and services of the application, Qingdao TAB Home Import and Export Co., Ltd.

better quality products and/or services in an effort to improve your

will not affect your use of the basic services of the TABbot App, but you will
not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by these additional

Additional services based on location information:
When you turn on the location function of your mobile
device and use location-based services through your system authorization, we
will collect and use your location information so that you can use the TABbot
App to connect to your smart device. Reasons why you need to obtain location
permission in Add Device (Android only) : Enter the add device, and perform
Bluetooth scanning based on the function of searching nearby devices. At this
time, we need this permission to perform Bluetooth communication, and because
your location information needs to be collected during Bluetooth scanning, you
need to turn on Bluetooth and apply for positioning to add devices, otherwise
your "device add" function will not be realized.
When you use our specific products or services
(weather services/home management), we collect real-time precise or imprecise
geolocation information about you based on your consent.
When you use the geofencing technology feature
to create a location change by creating a scene, we request permission to
collect background location in order to obtain the location to accomplish the
automation capabilities you wish to achieve.
You can disable location services in your mobile
device's system to stop our collection of your location information.
Turn off/on the Location Information permission by
going to My - Settings - Privacy Settings
Additional camera/camera based services:
You can use this function to scan code after enabling
camera/camera permissions to add your purchased device and shoot video. Please
be aware that even if you have agreed to enable the camera/camera permissions,
we will only obtain information when you actively scan the code and use the
camera/camera to shoot. The scanning function collects the information of the
light sensor and determines whether the flash function needs to be displayed
based on the data of the light sensor.

Additional services for photo/video access and upload
based on photo albums (photo library/video library) :
You can use this function to upload your
photos/pictures/videos after opening the album permission, so as to provide
proof of reporting device usage problems. When you report a problem with your
device, we will use the photos/pictures you upload to locate your problem.

Additional services related to microphone based voice
technology:
After enabling the microphone rights, you can use the
microphone to achieve voice functions, including shooting video, waking up the
voice assistant, in these functions, we will collect your voice information to
identify your command needs. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to
enable microphone rights, we will only obtain voice information through the
microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the App or record a
video.
Please note that access to permissions depends on
whether the product you purchase has relevant video or voice capabilities.

We ask you to obtain this permission for the purpose
of ensuring the stable operation of the client. After you enable us to
read/write the permission of your device storage, we will read or write the

your device storage space to provide you with the function of publishing
information or recording crash log information locally.

Additional features based on message notification

notifications about products or services to you, especially when you purchase

Additional services based on Bluetooth technology:
You can enable Bluetooth functions after enabling
Bluetooth permission, including device control, device status acquisition,
device discovery, device distribution network, in these functions we will
communicate with the terminal device through Bluetooth. Please be aware that
even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permission, we will only use
Bluetooth for communication in these scenarios: Display device status on the
home page and device panel; Device control on the home page and device panel;
On the home page and Add Device page, you can discover devices and configure
devices.

You understand and agree that the above additional
Services require you to enable access to your location information
(geolocation), camera (camera), photo album (photo library), microphone

can turn them on or off at your discretion.
Please note that if you turn on any permission, you
authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you

based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you
with the corresponding services. However, your decision to turn off permissions

2.Information we collect

Mobile
Device information: When you interact with our products, in order to ensure
your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services,
improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your
account, we will automatically collect mobile device information. This includes
mobile device model, login IP address, wireless connection information,
operating system type and version, application version number, push
notification identifiers, log files, and mobile network information. At the
same time, we collect your software version number. In order to ensure the
security of the operating environment or to provide services, we collect the
application installation list of the application.
Usage
Information: During your interaction with our Website and Services, we
automatically collect usage information related to visiting, clicking,
downloading, sending/receiving messages and other use of our Website and
Services.
Log
information: When you use our application, in order to improve your user
experience, system and exception logs will be uploaded for analysis, including
your IP address, spoken language, operating system version, date or time of
access, device ID, APP version, etc., so that we can accurately identify
problems and help you solve problems during the use of the service.

note that individual mobile device information and service log information are
not information that can identify a specific natural person. If we use such
non-personal information in combination with other information to identify a

during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be

3.Information about smart devices
When
you use a smart device, we collect information inherent to the smart device
itself and information generated during your use of the smart device.
Basic
Smart Device information: When you use a smart device connected to our products
or services, we collect basic information about the smart device, including the
name of the smart device, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware
version and upgrade information.
Information
collected during connection to smart devices: When using the Doodle APP and
services, in order to facilitate device identification/activation/control, data
statistics and analysis, and to ensure the safety and quality of network access
and service operations, we will receive and record information about the
devices you use according to your specific operations when using the products
and the type of smart devices you need to connect. We will collect the
following information:

Smart devices connected through Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi
Mac address, Wi-Fi password), device Mac address, and device ID.
2.
Smart devices connected via Wi-Fi after a local connection is established
through Bluetooth: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi password), device Mac
address, device Bluetooth Mac address.
3.
Smart devices connected via Bluetooth: Bluetooth Mac address and device ID.
4.
Smart devices connected in Zig-bee mode: Mac address and ID of smart devices.
Information
about smart device reports: We collect information about your smart device
reports based on the different smart devices you choose to connect to our
products or services. In order to help you better understand the use of our
services, the following smart devices are used as an example, and the
information reported by them is only applicable when you use this type of
service:
For
example: When you voluntarily use a class of smart devices and connect to the
platform: If you choose one or more smart devices, the corresponding
information will be recorded:

Example: Smart body fat scale or fitness tracker: Height, weight, body fat mass
(BFM), body mass index (BMI) and skeletal muscle content (SMM), body fat
percentage, muscle mass, body fat index, obesity level, ideal weight, weight
control, visceral fat index, net weight, body water, bone mass, protein
percentage, BMR, metabolic age, body score, body size, subcutaneous fat
percentage, subcutaneous fat mass, heart Rate;
2)
Wristbands and similar smart devices: heart rate, steps, calories, mileage,
heart rate, sleep log, training log, temperature, blood oxygen, systolic,
diastolic, pressure.
In
particular, when you voluntarily consent to and enable sharing features
connected to third party health platforms, such as Apple Health, Google
Fitness, Fitbit, we will share your health information with third parties only
for the purpose of measuring and analyzing your health status. The following
list shows what information is transmitted when you use your smart device and
decide to share it with third parties.
The purpose of sharing information is to measure
and analyze health indicators that are relevant to you. Beyond that, we will
not disclose such health information to any other third party, nor will we use
health-related information for other purposes not defined in this Policy. You
can disconnect the Doodle app from authorized third-party health platforms at
any time by managing your health Settings in the Health Center on your mobile
device. When we add a new third-party sharing channel that you do not use, we
will never share your information.
4.Self-starting Scenario Description
(Android only)
We
use the widget component to implement the following functional scenarios. No
service function is performed without login. The corresponding service function
is performed only when the user manually triggers related operations in login
state. The use of widgets will have a certain frequency of sending a broadcast
through the system to wake up the application process since it is started,
which is necessary for the realization of functions and business.
When
an execution condition in a smart scene is triggered after you create a smart
scene;
When
you control the smart device through the App;
When
you have voice control through your voice assistant.
二、Purpose and legal basis for
processing personal information
We
process your information for the following purposes:
To
provide you with services: We process your account information, mobile device
information, usage information, location information and smart device-related
information in order to provide the products and services you request. The
legal basis for such processing is the performance of our contract with you in

Improving
our services: We process your mobile device information, usage information,
location information and smart device-related information to ensure the
functionality and security of our products, to develop and improve our products

Non-marketing
communications: We process your personal information for the purpose of sending

whether you request to receive such message communication. When you choose to
turn off push notification, we will no longer push such information to you. The

accordance with our User Agreement.
Data
analysis Please determine whether the service requires data analysis: In order
to make you better enjoy the convenience brought by smart devices, we will
analyze your use of TABbot services or smart devices, analyze your related
products or use scenarios so that you can better enjoy the convenience brought
by our products, we will use the information of your connected smart devices,
To recommend other smart devices that can be intelligently linked with your
tied device (smart device recommendation service). If you do not consent to our
analysis of your data, you can turn off your selection by going to the Privacy
Settings of the TABbot App ([My] - [Settings] - [Privacy Settings] - [Data
Analysis]). The legal basis for such processing is based on your consent.
Personalized
Recommendation Services Ask the customer to determine whether the service
requires personalized recommendation: We process your account information,
usage information, mobile device information, provide you with tailored
services based on the type of device used (including recommending and
displaying product information and advertisements suitable for you), and invite
you to participate in user surveys of the products you use. Such information is
necessary to make personalized recommendations to you, if you refuse to
provide, we will not be able to recommend personalized information or services
to you. At present, TABbot does not make automated decisions regarding the
processing of your personal information, but only provides scenario-based recommendation
services based on the type of your smart device. If you do not consent to
TABbot processing your personal information for personalized services, you can
turn off your selection when entering the TABbot App or in the Privacy Settings
of the App ([My] - [Settings] - [Privacy Settings] - [Personalized
Recommendation Services]). The legal basis for such processing is based on your
consent.
Compliance:
We process your personal information only when we are required to disclose it
by law, or when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to:
Comply
with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures or requests from public
bodies and government authorities;
Enforce
our Terms of Use and other agreements, policies or standards, including
investigating any potential use violations;
To
protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of us and/or other users,
including you; To seek available detection, prevention, remedy or limitation of
damages we may need to provide or to resolve security, fraud or technical
