1. Information you voluntarily provide to us
⦁ Registration account information: When you register for an account with us, we collect your account name and contact information, including your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we further collect nickname, country code, language preference, or time zone information from your account.When you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (default system avatar, nickname, and region information) from the third party and bind it to your account for quick login, and we will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and the terms on sharing personal information in the privacy policy published by the third party, and on the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations.

In order to provide you with more convenient and high-quality products and/or services, and strive to improve your experience, we will collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of Wuxi Black Knight Technology Co., Ltd. App, but you will not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by these additional services. These additional services include:
⦁ Additional services based on location information:When you enable the location function of your mobile device and use location-based services through system authorization, we will collect and use your location information so that you can use the Black Knight App of Wuxi Black Knight Technology Co., Ltd. to configure the network with your smart device. The reason why you need to get the location permission in "Add Device" (Android system only): Enter Add Device, Bluetooth scan based on the function of searching for nearby devices, at this time we need this permission to perform Bluetooth communication, and because Bluetooth scanning needs to collect your location information, you need to turn on Bluetooth and apply for location to add a device, otherwise your "Device Add" function will not be realized.
When you use our specific products or services (weather service/home management), we collect real-time precise or non-precise geolocation information about you based on your consent.
When you use the geofencing feature to create a scene to produce a location change, we will apply for the permission to collect the background location for the purpose of obtaining the location to complete the automation capabilities you want to achieve.

You understand and agree that the above-mentioned additional services require you to enable access rights for your location information (geographic location), camera (camera), photo album (picture library), microphone (voice), and internal and external storage in your device to realize the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. 2. Information We Automatically Collect

3. Information related to smart devices
When you use a smart device, we collect information inherent to the smart device itself and information generated during your use of the smart device.
⦁ Basic smart device information: When you use a smart device connected to our products or services, we will collect basic information about the smart device, including the name of the smart device, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information;
⦁ Information collected during the connection of smart devices: Based on the type of smart device you need to connect, whether it is connected via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi after establishing a local connection via Bluetooth, connected via Bluetooth or via Zig-bee, we will collect the Mac address and Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID) of the smart device.When obtaining and using BSSID and SSID, it is used to connect to WiFi devices such as recorders with APP, and to determine whether the WiFi connected to the current mobile phone is the WiFi of recorders and other devices.
⦁ Smart Device Reported Information: Depending on the different smart devices you choose to connect with our products or services, we collect information reported by your smart device. The information provided below in the smart device report is applicable to your use of the service (please decide whether to add the following two special categories of information collection instructions):When you voluntarily use the smart camera (IPC service) and connect to the Wuxi Black Knight Technology Co., Ltd. App: You connect the doorbell, door lock, and smart security camera with camera through the Wuxi Black Knight Technology Co., Ltd. App service to monitor the security of your residence or view the monitoring content, and when you add the device and use the smart camera, when the device recognizes that someone or object is moving, the smart camera will capture the monitoring screen (in picture format) for you to view. At this time, the captured picture will be automatically encrypted and stored locally and stored on the cloud server in the form of messages, and the picture will be automatically deleted after 30 days of storage. Please note that when you choose to turn off the motion detection function, the smart camera will not actively record the captured footage, which will affect your original intention to use the smart camera.When you voluntarily use a health smart device and connect to the App of Wuxi Black Knight Technology Co., Ltd.
If you choose one or more smart devices, the corresponding information will be recorded. Of course, if you do not use any of the above and related health equipment, we will not collect any relevant information from you:
1)Smart Body Fat Scale or Fitness Tracker: Height, Weight, Body Fat Mass (BFM), Body Mass Index (BMI) and Skeletal Muscle Content (SMM), Body Fat Percentage, Muscle Mass, Body Fat Index, Obesity Level, Ideal Weight, Weight Control, Visceral Fat Index, Net Weight, Body Hydration, Bone Mass, Protein Rate, BMR, Metabolic Age, Body Score, Body Shape, Subcutaneous Fat Percentage, Subcutaneous Fat Mass, Heart Rate;
2) Bracelets and their similar smart devices: heart rate, steps, calories, mileage, heart rate, sleep records, training records, body temperature, blood oxygen, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, stress.
3) Smart fitness equipment represented by smart skipping rope: start time, jump mode, number of rope skipping, workout duration, calories burned, maximum number of hold jumps, number of rope skipping, average speed, maximum speed, heart rate during exercise.
4) Auto-start scenario description (Android system only)We use the widget component to implement the following functional scenarios: no business functions will be executed in the non-logged in state, and the corresponding business functions will be executed when the user manually triggers relevant operations in the login state. The use of widgets to send a certain frequency through the system to broadcast wakes up the application process to start automatically, which is necessary to realize functions and services.
