Privacy Policy of TOYA-EV
1. General
The charger is responsible for checking the vehicle fit and/or the existing matching and/or the requirements of the IBOAN for the charging station at which it is chartered.
Welcome to the TOYA E.V app ("TOYA E.V app, managed and operated by TOYA E.V and/or the" Company "). Access to and use of the application, for many of the various services offered therein, are subject to the detailed rules of the Hellenic Code (the Code), and therefore you are requested to read the Code carefully. The applications registration or the use of it indicates your consent to the statute. The regulation is formulated in the male language for convenience only, and it also applies to the female language. 2. About the application

2.2. Any person may use the application for information only. Any use of the application receives information, for many disclosure, purchase of products or services, implementation of benefits or operations, performance of obligations and as such, may only be performed by those who meet the following cumulative conditions: (a) is capable of carrying out mandatory legal actions, and to the extent that you are minor or are not entitled to carry out legal actions without the approval of the application, they shall see your use of the application as if it were made after approval as required; And-(b) is registered as a user of the application, as detailed in section 3 of the Hellenic Code.
2.3. The laws apply to this application and its use and/or its origin and origin are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Israel. 4. General instructions on the application object
4.1. You undertake that by using the Application you will not do and will not allow others to do any of the following: (a) present applications from the Application in any way that changes the design of the Application or omits any applications to many commercials and applications; (b) use of the names and trademarks (whether registered or not) presented in the application without the prior and written consent of TOYA E.VU and/or the consent of their rights holders, as the case may be; (c) to activate any computer application or any other means for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying or automatic retrieval of programs; (d) use of the application for commercial purposes contrary to the provisions of the Code; (h) copying, reediting or publishing programs appearing in the application without the prior and written consent of the rights holders, as the matter may be; (f) broadcast or otherwise transmitted by theHonest from the app; (z) Creating or spreading viruses, hostile software and/or any other means that may damage, destroy, interfere with, or limit the use of any third partys computer systems, servers, hardware or software; (h) distributing "junk mail" or any use intended to impress or harass another person in any way that may be; And/or (t) any act contrary to the legal order, or which is to infringe the rights of third parties; And you wont let others do any of the actions that are supposed to be effective.
4.2. Without prejudice to the rights and interests of the TOYA E.V. under any law or agreement, TOYA E.V. may prohibit your use of the App or the Service, or any part thereof, in many cases, at its sole discretion, you or your person: (a) you or your person or in your private use of an unlawful act or contrary to the instructions of any law; (b) you or any person at your own discretion or using your private use of a condition of the statute; (c) providing false identification details at or after registration; Or (d) you or whoever of your own accord or using in your private use any act or omission that is in it to harm Toya E.VO in its proper functioning of the application.
4.3. It is your responsibility to feed during use of the application, to multiply the payment time for the products and/or services offered therein, correct and accurate details. TOYA E.VO and/or any person for whom no liability or use of the App will be made and/or any claim and/or claim if for any reason inaccurate and accurate details, whether intentionally or unintentionally, between an act and a revocation are provided.
4.4. 5. Purchase of goods and/or services

9. Responsibilities
9.1. Use of the app is your sole and sole responsibility. All information and programs in the application can be used As Is, without any responsibility of any kind.TOYA E.VO. for which purpose shall not bear any liability, direct or circumvention, financial or other, for any result that may arise from your use of the application or from your reliance on the applications therein. 10. Privacy Policy

12. General
12.1. TOYA E.V.shall at any time cease all or part of the application activities, or change the structure, appearance and design of the application, the scope and availability of the services in the application and/or any other aspect involved in the application. Any alterations as required may be involved in errors and inconveniences and you will not have any claim, claim, claim or action against TOYA E.VO which is for the purpose of the cessation of activities as required, alterations as required or errors that occur as a result of or incidental execution.
12.2. 12.6. TOYA E.V.may transfer and/or internalize and/or assign its rights and/or obligations under the Ordinance at any time to any third party without the consent of the User.
12.7. If it is determined that any part of the statute is invalid or unenforceable, the terms that are attacked shall be revoked or unenforceable as if they have been replaced by enforceable terms that are designed to conform to the original terms, and the remaining terms of the statute remain under attack in writing and language.
12.8. The delay or avoidance by TOYA E.V.MLA from exercising or enforcing its rights under the Act shall not be regarded as waiving or preventing it from exercising its rights in the future, and it shall be entitled to exercise all or part of its rights at any time it finds itself correct unless expressly agreed otherwise by TOYA E.V.V in writing.
