Which Personal Data We Collect
To provide you with our services, we will ask you to submit the personal data required for delivering these services. If you do not provide your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.
Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account or Profile Data: When you create an account with us, we may collect your contact information, such as your email address, phone number, and username. During your interactions with our products, we may also collect your nickname, profile picture, country code, language preference, or time zone associated with your account.

    Information Reported by Smart Devices: Depending on the different smart devices you connect to our products or services, we may collect various information transmitted by your smart devices. For example, smart cameras may report images and recorded videos.

    Provision of Services: We process your account and profile data, device information, usage data, location information, and information related to smart devices to provide you with the products and services you requested or purchased. The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of our contract with you under our Terms and Conditions.
    Improvement of Our Services: We process your device information, usage data, location information, and information related to smart devices to ensure the functionality and security of our products, to develop and improve our products and services, to analyze the effectiveness of our activities, and to prevent and monitor fraudulent or improper use. The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of our contract with you under our Terms and Conditions.
    Non-Commercial Communication: We process your personal data to send you information about the services, changes to our Terms and Conditions and policies, and/or other administrative information.
