Audio, electronic, videoor imageinformation, such as audio or videorecordingwhen you visit our authorizeddealers, parking lot,or interact withus byphone orvirtually. Photostakenwhen weare working onyour project to documentprogress or completion. When legallypermitted,after detecting a security incident forinvestigation andprosecution purposes, we may use imagescan technology onimageswe previouslycaptured to identify anysuspected individual(s).Our camerasmay capturelicenseplate informationwhenpermittedin certain states.
Professional oremployment-relatedinformation, such as information about youas representativesof ourcustomersand business partners, inconnectionwith ourservicesand theoperation of our business,includingbusinesscontactinformation, job title, company name,and office visitor accessinformation, where applicable.
Protected classinformation under stateor federallaws,suchas age,gender,and familystatus.

Other personal information, ifit identifies, relates andcan bereasonablyassociated withor linked toyou (oryour household), such as photos youupload, or measurementdataor floorplan datagenerated when using MRCOOLmeasurementservicesor throughmeasurementtechnologies.
Note that wemay de-identifyor pseudonymize personal informationso thatit isnon-personal information,suchas aggregating (combining itwith dataabout otherindividuals) and/orconverting it toa code,sometimesusinga function commonlyknown as“hashing,”or otherwiseremoving characteristicsthat make thedata personally identifiableto you.We maintainand use de-identified data withoutattempting to re-identify it, except wherepermitted by applicable law, such as to determine whetherour de-identificationprocesses satisfy legalrequirements. Wewill treat de-identified orpseudonymizedinformation as non-personal information to the fullest extent allowed by applicablelaw. If we combinenon-personal information with personal information,then wewill treat the combined information aspersonalinformation under this Privacy Statement.
We do not knowinglycollect or disclose personal informationfrom childrenunder theage of16 without parental or guardian consent. Ifa childunder theage of16 hasprovidedus withpersonalinformation, we ask thata parent orguardian contact us sothat theinformation can be deleted.

What Are the Sourcesof Your Information
We collect different typesof information aboutyou froma numberof sources, includinginformation youprovideto us, informationwe automatically collect, informationwe obtainfrom othersources(specified below), andinformation we derive or infer aboutyou.
InformationYou Provide
You may chooseto provide uswith information whenyou interact withus.Examplesinclude:
Identificationinformation. You mayprovideyour contact information in case we need toreachout toyou. You mayalsoset upyour loginand accesscredentials when creating or accessingyour MRCOOL online account. To completetransactions,we collect your payment information. We may need yourgovernment-issued IDinformation or date of birth forcertaintransactionssuchas returnswithout receipt. When youparticipatein thechat feature,MRCOOLgenerally does not retain personal informationunless you provideyour personal information inconnectionwith atransaction, inwhichcaseMRCOOL may record, use, andretain the data to fulfillyour request. If youdo notconsent, please do not continue with chatassistance.
Commercialinformation. You mayprovideor generatecommercial informationregarding your MRCOOL purchases, returns, exchanges,warranties, and rebates.
Audio, electronic, videoor imageinformation. You may provideaudio, video or photo(s) tous,suchas uploadinga photo aboutyour homeimprovementprojector submittinga claim.
Protected classinformation under stateor federallaw.For example, youmay provideyour protected demographicinformation, including age, gender, race andethnicityand marriage and familystatus,when youcomplete a survey fromus.
SensitivePersonalInformation. We may collect government-issued IDfor certaintypesof transactionsto verify youridentity and for fraud prevention purposes such as when youreturn a product withouta validreceipt,when applying theMilitary Discount, or accessingcustomersupport.
Your preferences andinferences. You may letus knowyour preferences ina survey, contest, promotionor sweepstakes, or any othercontents you submit, such as product reviews.
Professional oremployment-relatedinformation. You may also provide otherprofessional oremployment-related information when you respondto oursurveys.

If youchooseto connect yourmobile device to our free Wi-Fi, we may collect your device usage information.When youvisitour locations orcall our customer carehotline,we maycollectaudio orvideo information.
As described underthe “What InformationWe Collect” section, throughautomated means, we collect geolocation data,commercial information, audio, electronic,video, or image information,onlineactivities, andidentificationinformation(e.g., your IP address,device ID, cookie ID,mobileadvertising identifier or pixel identifier).

Identificationinformation. We maycollectyour contact informationfrom MRCOOLaffiliates,acquired businesses, businesspartners, public sourcesor otherindividuals,suchas ifsomeone purchases a productand asksthat itbe delivered toyou.
Commercialinformation. We mayobtain your commercial information,suchas yourpurchase history, fromMRCOOLaffiliates, acquired businessesor businesspartners. If you save a primaryaddress in your MRCOOL onlineaccount, we mayobtain and display publicly available information aboutyour propertyto helpyou make homeimprovementdecisions easier.Suchinformation may include yourpropertysize,number of rooms, and theyear itwas built.
Inferences or preference informationabout you, protected classinformation under state orfederal laws, sensitive personal information,professional or employment-relatedinformation, educationbackground, andgeolocationinformation. We cannotreinstateyour account ifyou changeyour mind.
Opt out from sale ofyour personal information,sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising,and targetedadvertising. You may optout ofthe saleof yourinformation (which includesthe exchange ofyour personal datafor valuableconsideration), sharing and targeted advertising.
Sensitive personalinformation. To theextentwe collect andprocess“sensitivepersonalinformation,” we obtainopt-in consent as requiredby applicable law. Residentsof certain statesmay request MRCOOL to limit the use anddisclosure ofsensitive personal information forcertain purposes permissibleby law, such as providing products orservices, detectingsecurity incidents andprotectingsafety, preventing fraudor illegalactions, and maintaining thequalityof services we provide. Please notethat the definition of sensitive personalinformation varies by state, soyour rightswith respect to specific types ofinformation will depend onyour stateof residency.
Opt out of profiling infurtheranceof legalor similarlysignificant effects. MRCOOLdoes not process personalinformation for the purposes ofprofiling in furtherance of decisions

Our verificationprocessconsistsof youansweringa seriesof questions correctly toverifyyour identity. We maycollect yourlanguage preference for thepurposesof providing youwith theID verificationquestionsin yourpreferred language. Your languagepreference information isnot used forany otherpurposesand isdeleted after your requestis complete. We mayrequireyou tolog intoyour MRCOOLonline account (if youhaveone) orwith yourconsent,send youa text toyour mobilenumberto verify youridentity.
Opt out from sale, sharing forcross-contextualbehavioraladvertising andtargeted advertising. To optout ofsale,sharing and targeted advertising, please submitan
opt-out request viathe MRCOOL PrivacyRequestPortal or by calling 270-366-0457and asking to restrict sale, sharing ortargeted advertising.
Cookie based opt-outs. To disable sharingthrough cookies set bythird partiesfor advertisingand analytics purposes adjust yourcookiepreference forMRCOOL sites.
