connectivity, including smart home appliances, wearable devices, and smart air
purifiers.
• Apps: Mobile applications developed by Casa Automatik that provide users with
remote control of Smart Devices and integration with IoT platforms.
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
1. Information You Voluntarily Provide
• Account Registration Data: Name, email, phone number, username, and login
credentials. Additional details such as nickname, profile picture, country code,
language, and time zone may be collected.
• Third-Party Login: If you authorize login through a third-party account, we may
collect relevant account details as permitted by applicable laws and agreements.
• Feedback: If the app includes a feedback feature, we collect your email, phone
number, and message content to resolve issues.
2. Information Collected Automatically
• Device Information: Mobile device model, IP address, OS version, app version, push
notification identifier, log files, and network details.
• Usage Data: Website and service interactions, including clicks, downloads, and
messages sent/received.
• Smart Device Data: Device name, ID, online status, activation time, firmware
version, and connectivity details (Wi-Fi, MAC address, etc.).
• Sensitive Data & Image/Video Capture: If the app includes camera functionalities,
captured images/videos will be processed only with explicit consent.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
• Providing Services: Personal Data is processed to deliver requested services as per
contractual obligations (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).
• Service Improvement: Data is analyzed to enhance functionality, security, and fraud
prevention.
• Non-Marketing Communication: Important service updates and administrative
information.
• Marketing & Personalization: Data may be used for product recommendations and
advertising, with opt-out options available.

requirement to retain it for a longer period. After this retention period, the data will be
permanently deleted.
If we are unable to delete the data for technical reasons, we will implement security measures
to prevent further processing.
